     Point absorber motive float is moved by waves in a

     vertical up and down motion inside a structural

     framework that ensures non entrapment and non

     entanglement of wildlife in the structure and moving

     parts.

     The motive float renders the vertical component of

     kinetic energy in water waves into reciprocating kinetic-
